The subconscious mind cannot move outside its fixed programs – it automatically reacts to situations with its previously stored behavior responses. AND (here’s the rub), it works without the knowledge or control of the conscious mind. This is why we are generally unaware of our behavior, in fact most of the time we are not even aware that we are acting unconsciously.
It is not necessarily that ONE events but a trail of events, that could have started any time in your life. We might have started by emotion sad; Emotion is usually a short term feeling , which is constantly replaced with another Emotion. These can change from happy to sad and visa versa. When you have a string of sad emotions then we tend to fall into a Mood. A mood lasts longer than an Emotion, but is made up of many emotions, but all running on the same thought Sadness! When we start to fall into the trap of the mood lasting for and as we kept that sad feeling for a week or two, maybe a months it then changed from a mood to a temperament!
Temperament, is when we start speaking about changes to the personality. The imprints that have been with the person, in emotions and moods all have chemical reactions. In the brain it is commonly said what firers together wires together…hence change!, the beliefs of what is and can be change, the basis of the Temperament.
